Steve Kofoed has been in the Home Construction & Remodeling business since 1983. Specializing in Ceramic Tile, Vinyl Flooring, Hard Wood Flooring and Formica Counter Tops. Steve was born and raised in Omaha Nebraska. SDK Incorporated was formed in 2005 after working as a self-employed contractor for over forty years. Steve is a Master Craftsman with amazing skills.
Max Kofoed (Steve's Son) is his partner and has been in the Home Construction & Remodeling business full-time since 2005. Max grew up being Steve's Apprentice since the age four. Max also takes on the role as Vice President, working alongside his father and his become a Master Craftsman himself. Max has been in this business for over twenty years.
Scott Kofoed (Max's Son) has joined the SDK crew and has taken on the role of "Supervisor of Productivity" making sure projects and timelines are kept on time. He is our newest member of the crew and has been working with his dad and grandfather since the age of 4.
Raechel Kofoed (Max's Wife) is our Creative Designer and has been with our crew since 2011. She helps ensure our designs and creativity are on point! She has a great eye for detail!
Christy Kofoed (Steve's Wife), who has been in the business with Steve since 1983, is the Office Director who handles all the scheduling, office, billing, advertising and keeping the SDK Crew organized and efficient!
